Article 1 – Definitions
Entrepreneur: The legal person who offers the products to the consumer.
Consumer: The natural person who is not acting in the exercise of a profession or business and a enter into an agreement with the entrepreneur.
Reflection period: The period in which the consumer can make use of his right of withdrawal.

Article 3 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from the entrepreneur and to every to distance contract and order concluded between entrepreneur and consumer. Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of this general conditions made available to the consumer. These general terms and conditions were drawn up on February 1, 2019.
Article 4 – The offer
The offer is without obligation.
The entrepreneur is entitled to change and adapt the offer. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and / or services. The description is sufficiently detailed to allow a proper assessment of the offer by enabling the consumer. If the entrepreneur uses images are this a true representation of the products and / or services offered. Apparent mistakes or obvious errors in the offer do not bind the entrepreneur.
Article 5 – Reflection period

Article 7 – Delivery
Delivery is made by postal mail.
Shipment takes place within 3 days after receiving the payment.
The place of delivery is the address that the consumer makes known to the entrepreneur made.
Shipping to a PO box is not possible.
Article 8 – Shipment
In principle, no costs are charged for the shipment of the products within the Netherlands charged.
Shipment of the order takes place after payment from the consumer has been received by the entrepreneur.

Article 9 – Returns

Article 12 – Disputes
On the agreement between the entrepreneur and the consumer to which this general conditions apply, only Dutch law applies. Even if the consumer resides outside the Netherlands.
